I was planning on attending one of those prenatal yoga classes but have no idea about training of instructor?

Non-contact, low impact sports and activities such as stationary bike, treadmill, walking and swimming are ideal during pregnancy to maintain muscle tone and keep the cardiovascular system in good shape in anticipation of labor and delivery.
