I have severe anxiety disorder and have to go to summer school. Any help?

Avoidance is the fuel for anxiety, in many cases.
Consequently, going to summer school (and not avoiding any aspect of the experience) might actually be a treatment in itself. The reality is that summer school is interesting, and it can be enjoyable getting to know a few new people. Remember, the problem is the anxiety itself and not the summer school experience, which is safe. Don't give in!

See your family md or a psychiatrist. Medications can be very helpful. Often, use of meds. With psychotherapy works the best. Exercise regularly, consider yoga, meditation, relaxation, get good sleep.
