In brief: Yes!

A typical apple will contain about 5g of fiber.
Considering they are inexpensive, require no preparation, and taste really good, i'd say apples are an excellent source for easy fiber!

In brief: Fiber and apples.

Apples are a good low-calorie source of fiber, yes.
But if you eat one every day you can't use HealthTap anymore because they keep doctors away. Kidding.

In brief: Yes

A small apple has 3 grams of fiber, and a large apple has 5 grams of fiber. When eaten with the skin, apples are a high fiber food.
