In brief: Yes

Most women with twins find this entirely do-able but it will take some practice and help to get started.

You may need supplements.

In brief: Yes

Twins can be breastfed or bottle fed at the same time, or fed individually.
If the twins demand more breastmilk than mom makes, then formula can be given after breastfeeding.

Assuming you have support at home, you should be able to nurse twins.
Mothers who deliver and nurse multiples make more milk. You will need more rest, and more calories, to make twice as much milk, however. Don't be afraid to ask for, and accept, help from friends and family!
