In brief: Median half life 32d
The median half life of Rituxan (rituximab) is 32 days.
It takes approximately 5 half-lives before a drug is considered "gone" from the system. Therefore a median time-period would be 160 days from completion of treatment. Remember measurement of drug in the system is not the same as the side-effect of the drug or the length of time the lymphocyte population is affected.
