In brief: Eye, joints, urethra

Reiter's syndrome is a triad of conjunctivitis, arthritis and inflamed urethra, or urine tube, seen most commonly in males.
Women can get it also, but is much more rare. Sometimes there is also inflammation inside the eye and it can be painful.
