I have really dry heels. Not cracked just dry. And sometimes its like that near my toes. Is this tinea? What can I do to get rid of it?

I could be callous from ill fitting foot wear. Let shoes completely dry between use. Inspect your feet , especially if you have a systemic desease like diabetes. A callous can be a normal response to recurrent pressure.
