Noticed a small little fluid like bump around my anal area.. Doesnt hurt burn or anything what could this be? Anything close to hemorrhoids how 2 treat?

What you describing could be a small hemorrhoid, & if so it could go away on it's own. Or heaven forbid, it could get larger. Avoid straining when you defecate. Often soaking the anus in warm epsom salt baths will help it go away. But the best bet is to have a dr, look at it & give you a firm diagnosis. Then they can also tell you best treatment.
