I have a DVT in my right calf and thigh plus bilat pulmonary embolism what type of exercises can I do.?

Careful. You should be on blood thinners and should be checked for a genetic or environmental reason for being pro-coagulable.
Depends. If you are cleared for activity, and you do not have severe pulmonary hypertension, working your way up to an hour a day is reasonable. If you are worried, try a pulmonary rehab program; you exercise in a monitored setting with coaching, under the guidance of a physician.
