In brief: Keep it clen
There are plenty of preps that allow your stoma to remain healthy.
Keep the skin clean, make sure the orifice of the osteomyelitis back is large enough not to injure the stoma itself. A good skin prep will add an additional protective layer. If you need for help your doctor may have access to a enterstomal nurse.
