In brief: Clean every time
There is cheap, there is easy and there is cheap and effective.
Clean every time you use the table - most important! the antimicrobial wipes are effective and easy, but cost the most. You can use a solution of simple bleach diluted 1:1 with water, this makes a great cleaner. If you use this as a spray, though, or any spray cleaner, make sure baby is far from the aerosol when you spray!
