Orgasm of the female is not necessary for conception.
Some people think that during the female orgasm, the cervix may "dip down" into the pool of secretions at the back of the vagina, but this wont help much even if it happens unless the male has already ejaculated. Even so, if not having an orgasm is a problem for you, you can be treated. Talk to your doctor.
