My fingers turn white when I get cold and I have a lump on my wrist - could this be carpel tunnel? Nothing hurts yet - I sleep on my hands too.

2 things. The white fingers could be raynaud's phenomenon -- the simple treatment is to always keep your hands warm (wear mittens and not gloves in the cold). The lump on your wrist is most likely a ganglion cyst -- it may resolve spontaneously or never really bother you enough to do anything with it.
