In brief: No.

Hsv enters the body when there is a break in the skin and the viral infection spreads causing fever, sore throat, tingling or burning around the mouth with accompanying blisters.
The virus, whether srtong or weak, once in the body stays there and can not be removed. Anti viral medicines help to reduce the symptoms and duration of the disease and have to be taken at times the disease becomes active.

In brief: Usually Not

Prescriptions for cold sores are done empirically, without any testing of the strain which is not clinically relevant or necessary.

In brief: Not Necessarily

Great question! it does not mean that someone has a strong strain of herpes simplex virus (hsv), but rather that the patient is trying to help the body get over the recent attacke.
Prescription medications for cold sores are written to reduce the patients length of symptoms and lesson their discomfort. The medicines are usually antivirals (denavir) or over-the-conter creams such as abreva.

In brief: Not likely

It means basically that their immune system is in a lower state than before and that allows the virus to replicate.
As a natural course of this disease over time the outbreaks are rare and rare and less intense.
