In brief: Very rare.

Having a family history does put you at higher risk, so does having multiple surgical procedures (corneal transplants, liver transplants), and residing on a farm for more than 10 years.
With all those factors combined, the risk is still very very low for people to get cjd. Unless you have the familial variant in your family, then i wouldn't worry about it. You're more likely to win lottery.
