I have sore eyes and I accidentally put an ear drop into my eye; is that bad; what to do?

In brief: Irrigate.

I have had a few patients do this in the past as well.
I have never seen any permanent damage from this, although it may be possible. Most common it would cause redness and irritation. You should irrigate immediately with eye wash, or tap water immediately. Then follow up with your eye care provider or possibly the er depending on severity of pain and redness.
