I had scleral buckle surgery last week; should I be having any fevers; is this normal?

In brief: Not in general.

One week after a scleral buckle procedure you should not in general be experiencing fevers from the procedure.
It is more than likely unrelated and coincidental from another cause such as some other form of systemic infection or viral syndrome. It would be very rare to experience an infected scleral buckle so quickly after the intervention.
