In brief: Generally no.

If you are born with heterochromia iridium you do not have a health problem. It is congenital and it is due to the iris of one eye having less melanin pigment than the other eye resulting in a lighter color to the iris of the eye with less pigment.
If you acquire the heterochromia later in life, you could have an inflammatory glaucoma condition called heterochromic iridocyclitis.
