Have heard that my vision issue might be cornea clouding? How does that happen?

CORNEAL CLOUDING. The cornea is the transparent, outer front of the eye, like the crystal face of a watch. Its transparency is maintained by its inner layer- the endothelium. The most common corneal clouding occurs in fuch's dystrophy in which the inner endothelial cells become incompetent to maintain corneal clarity. Ill fitted contacts may also cause corneal edema. "clouding" can result from other dystrophies.
