How do you get rid of pinkeye and sinus headache and ear infection all at one time?

As above . See an ENT physician for evaluation and work up.
Difficult. This is a good example of how everything is connected. Your infection could be viral or bacterial. If your problemis viral, watchful waiting and TLC (fluids, rest, Ibuprofen or acetaminophen) is likely the best route. If there is fever or lots of discolored drainage, this may be a bacterial infection that requires antibiotics. You may need drops for eyes as well. Sounds like you need to be checked.

How do I get rid of a bad sinus headache without medication?

The 2nd use of water would be a hot shower or 'steam treatment' - take your time soaking up the steam, it should help open up the sinus passages and thereby relieve the headache. 3rd, a wet hot facecloth over the headache areas.
