No, but if you look at patients who undergo HSG, those that don't report pain or discomfort during HSG rarely have tubal blockage. Conversely, often patients that do experience pain during HSG have 1 or both tubes blocked. Person performing the HSG should've told you. If tube(s) blocked look into fallopian tubal recanalization (TFTR). It's a non-surgical output procedure with IR (Int. Radiologist)
