Azoospermia - how do you have kids apart from using a sperm doner?

2 doctors agree
In brief: IVF/ICSI, Adoption
The degree of azospermia and the quality of the remaining sperm, if any, are critical.
If there are even a few viable sperm, then ivf with icsi is an option where one sperm is directly injected into the egg, with or without ejaculated sperm or tese (extraction via a microsurgery). If there are absolutely no viable sperm on biopsy, then adoption or donor are options.
