This used to be much more common but i haven't seen a case in my entire career. I'm not saying it doesn't happen though.
Just wouldn't be first on my list for evaluation.

Tb is not common in the United States, extrapulmonary TB accounts for 20% of TB cases, and and even smaller portion wind up having genital tb.
But there are sub populations in the United States where we see this at a higher prevelance, specifically immigrants that are refugees from sub saharan africa and asia. The three cases I have seen were refugees.
