In brief: Kegel

Kegel exercises may help prevent theprogression of early stage of uterine prolapse.
This exercise involves contracting and relaxing the muscles that surround the vagina and urethra. It is the same muscle you would use to stop the flow of urine while you are going to the bathroom. It is important to do this correctly because some just tighten their abdominal muscles rather than the pelvic muscle.
