In the meantime, try increasing fiber in diet or with supplements. Sometimes a more firm stool is easier to hold in. Look for Butterfly pad at Target or Walmart, pad made for fecal incont.
Fiber, anti-diarrhea. Fiber and anti-diarrheal agents. Exercises with ot may help. If failing seeing a specialist is in order.
