My biilirubin is 3.5 and sgpt is 99. All hepatistis a, b and c are tested negative. No yellowing of urine or uncomfort. What can be problem.?
Can't tell. Bilirubin is breakdown product of red blood cells. May be elevated when many rbc's are being destroyed, when liver does not adequately pick up or process, or when unable to excrete. Numbers like this could represent a variety of conditions. To make sense out of these it is important to know your history, other lab values, and how these values are changing over time.
