In brief: Call your doctor

Could be several things.
Do you feel full? Nauseated? Do you have pain? If you have abdominal pain and you aren't improving, call your doctor. Common reasons for nausea associated w food: gallstones, gastritis, a gastrointestinal virus, pregnancy (yes, bleeding can occur early on in pregnancy - so check a urine pregnancy test to be sure). Drink plenty of fluids but don't push food right now.
