In brief: Not likely

By the time a pituitary tumor based on size alone started to affect your memory it would have to be big enough that it would be causing many other problems including vision and hormonal changes.
Significant hormonal changes can in some cases have an affect on your memory but they would b correctable usually if blood tests were monitoring.

In brief: Not directly

The pituitary is far enough from the brain that a tumor would not directly affect the brain.
However, a pituitary tumor can cause abnormal hormone levels, that could affect concentration, judgment, and memory.
