I am addicted to lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen). What can I do on my own without seeing a doctor?
AA. Try stopping 1/2 pill to one pill every few days so you don't go into withdrawal. Talk to alcoholics anonymous as well. I still advise you see a detox doctor even though your question asks how not to see the expert that will really help you. Good luck.
Cut down on your use. Its important to decrease your use consistently over a period of time. It can be difficult to do on your own but set a schedule and follow it.
I'm going to run out of my Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) tomorrow and I don't see my doctor for another week and don't know if I should ask for a refill or wait in pain.
Ask. Why wait in pain? Call your doctor and tell him you ran out of your Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen). If he doesn't suspect your abusing it, refilling should not be an issue.
Mild painkiller. Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) has hydrocodone and acetominophen and is a short acting narcotic used for mild to moderate pain control.
None. Both are hydrocodone/acetaminophen combinations.
I take 900mg of lithium. Just had gallbladder out yesterday, doc gave me norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and 600 ibprofrin so 4x a day 1800mg ibprofrin make lithium toxic??
No worries. Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and ibuprofen should not react with lithium. Take the pain medication only if you need it! If you can tolerate mild discomfort after the operation there is no need to even bother with pain medication. Otherwise, don`t worry about an interaction :)
