In brief: I don't think so

I have never seen chicken pox as a sole cause of male infertility.

Pediatrics

In brief: Possibly

Varicella virus, is one of many viruses that may cause of orchitis (inflamation of the testicles).
It rare& since most chickenpox occurs in childhood the case reports i reviewed were 2-20yo's. Testicular atrophy on one side was seen in some, but followup was not long enough to know reproductive outcome. Infertility is plausable but proving vcv was the cause many years later might be difficult.
