In brief: How Low?

There are many factors that can cause low pressure after rd surgery, including redetachment of the retina.
A rapidly shrinking gas bubble can cause the pressure to be temporarily low, as well as post-op inflammation. Have a discussion with your retinal surgeon about whether the pressure is seriously low and what to do about it.

In brief: It depends

If the low eye pressure is due to a leak, then the leak needs to be closed.
If it is due to inflammation (which can lead to low or high eye pressure) this needs to be treated medically. Generally low eye pressure is not as easy to treat as high eye pressure associated with glaucoma.
