In brief: Age and endo repair

Absolutely. It is anatomy not age that typically determines who can have it.

In brief: Yes

Non surgical AAA repair was designed for patients at high risk for conventional surgery (elderly and frail).
There are anatomic criteria that must be met by the patient. Not all qualify.

In brief: Aneurysm repair

At that age, the risk of death is extremely high, as the body does not only have aneurysm but other vascular problem accumulated with life and the causes of aneurysm. Generally an "stenting" is done, endovascular surgery is simple, less invasive, and doe not include open replacement of the aorta segment in the abdomen.

In brief: Depends

If an 80 year old life expectancy is more than 2 years and depending on his aneurysm size and anatomy then yes it can be done by endovascular technique.

Endoaortic surgery is safe and feasible in most aneurysms in patients over 80 years

Yes - Assuming they have appropriate anatomy for endovascular repair. Multiple studies having shown excellent results in patients in their 80's and even 90's.
