I had a brain aneurysm clipped last year and i'm still having headaches. Shouldn't they be gone?

In brief: Have it evaluated
It is certainly possible that some of the headaches may be related to surgical healing.
However, there are well known long term sequelae from brain aneurysms-particularly if there was a rupture. Delayed hydrocephalus is one of those where the fluid in the ventricles does not absorb as well. This can easily be evaluated by your physician.
