If you have swollen ankles does it mean you have high blood pressure too?

In brief: Not necessarily

There are many causes of edema (swelling) in the extremities.
Hypertension is one of them, but just because your ankles are swollen doesn't mean you have high blood pressure. You should see a doctor and get your blood pressure tested to confirm.

Not necessarily! check with your pcp and monitor your bp, heart status, meds, diet, lifestyle, etc.
