In brief: Very good

If the patient has no major stroke and before surgery has no severe medical illness then mortality is less than 1-2 %.

your peri-operative stroke risk and rate should also be less than 3 to 5 percent.

In brief: Depends on details

In general, experienced surgeons can perform endarterectomy with low complications.
Many surgeons have a 2% peri operative rate of stroke, less than 1% risk of peri operative death. There is some risk to nerves that control the voice box but should an injury occur it is usually temporary. The key is to ask your surgeon what his personal complication rates are.

In brief: Very good

Very good depending on the patient comorbidity.
If in good shape and had no major deficit then mortality is less than 1-2%.
