In brief: Depends on size
Treatment of aortic aneurysms depend on size, symptoms, & associated medical problems of the patient.
Usually aneurysms less than 5 cm can be treated with observation. In a 93-year-old, age along with other medical problems must be taken into account to see if the benefits of surgery outweigh the risks. The best thing to do is to consult with a vascular surgeon who can help with this assessment.

In brief: Life expectancy
Of course after deciding if the size and location of the aneurysm is indicated for surgery then the decision depends on the patient life expectancy .
Usually if the patient is very healthy and expected to live more than two years then probably can be done .. I would not recommend open repair .. Only endovascular stent graft probably would be ok.
