Just the pollen. If you tested positive for "olive tree" then the test was for the pollen. You should have no problem with eating products containing or cooked in olive oil, and no problem eating olives.
I'm allergic to any kind of pollen when the trees are in blossom, pine trees, olive trees. What can I do besides wear a mask?
Allergic rhinitis. Staying inside the house during pollen season seems like the best answer. But that's not practical. So , in addition to wearing a mask, do not forget to clean your outer clothes, accessories and shoes before getting back in your house to prevent pollen from being trapped inside the house.
