Orally inhaled steroids are designed to work in the lungs whereas nasal is for the nose.
Orally inhaled steroids can cause infections in the mouth/throat (candidiasis) whereas the likelihood of nasal steroids to cause the same problem are minimal. Remember to rinse your mouth after each use of oral inhaled steroids.
