What foods have estrogen in it?

Phytoestrogen. Foods rich in phytoestrogen, a natural estrogen, include soy products (tofu, soy milk, etc), whole grains and legumes, lignin-rich foods like flaxseeds, millet and barley. Other foods have estrogenic effects, meaning that the body can "mistake" them for estrogen: fennel seed and cinnamon are examples. Women undergoing menopause may develop symptoms due to low estrogen, and these foods may help.
Soy products. Soy products may have estrogen like effects and there are some others but the amount of estrogen in these foods is very unpredictable.
