I have to go for allergy testing tomorrow. What happens if I have a really major reaction?

In brief: Allergy Testing

Allergy testing is designed to cause a small skin reaction, but rarely ever causes any other symptoms.
You have very very minimal chance of a "major" reaction. Only itching where the test is placed. This can be treated with topicals and an oral antihistamine and resolves fairly quickly.
