In brief: Laparoscopy

Need to be evaluated with a good exam, maybe ultrasound of the pelvis and finally a surgical procedure called laparoscopy.
Laparoscopy is done under anesthesia and a small telescope with a camera is introduced into the abdomen via the umbilicus allowing the surgeon to look and inspect the pelvis and the whole abdomen looking for areas of endometriosis.

In brief: Surgery

Unfortunately the only way to know for sure is surgery and biopsy of endometriosis to confirm. On examination and based on your history there may be a strong suspicion, but only a pathology specimen can confirm it.
