Baby food. At 8 months of age breast milk/ formula is becoming less the main nutrition and you should be transitioning into more solid baby foods. You can also give very soft table foods, ie. Yogart, breads, pasta etc.
Infant diet. They should continue to receive breastmilk or formula. They will now have ability to coordinate movement of food to mouth so finger foods can be started. Make sure they are soft so infant can gum and dissolve them as teeth have usually not arrived.
