Try your side? I have no explaination for this and have never heard of it. Sorry. Can you try not sleeping on your back? I know this is an obvious response to your comment. You might try some melatonin.
Why do I have nightmares when I sleep on my back. Everytime I sleep on my back it happens sometimes I know I'm asleep and can't wake up.?
Ever have a lucid. dream? It's when you are awake enough within a dream to realize that you are dreaming, yet don't wake up. This is very fear-inducing because at the same time you've decerebrated; that is, your brains ability to move your body is blocked (in the dreaming state so you won't act out your dream and hurt yourself).
