Is it ok to take apple cider vinegar while taking iron supplement (feramax 150)?

Probably. Apple cider vinegar can increase the absorption of iron, so it may be helpful. However, it is important to know why someone is taking iron. Iron can be toxic if it builds up, so people should not just routinely take it. It should be for a good reason such as iron deficiency. If iron is needed then working to improve absorption would be a good thing.

I have a very low ferritin level. Trying to avoid infusions, can I take my iron at the same time as apple cider vinegar?

Yes. Apple cider vinegar should not interfere with absorption of iron supplements. Taking Vitamin C with iron improves absorption. Iron bisglycinate is the best-absorbed form. Also eat more iron-rich foods- see https://draxe.com/top-10-iron-rich-foods/ Read more...

I have heard many different pros and cons about apple cider vinegar supplements, some say that there can be health risks. Should I take them daily?

Vinegar OK,not supps. I'm not sure what you mean by apple cider vinegar (acv) supps- there is little harm in taking acv itself when properly diluted ; some evidence of benefits, but i wouldn't take it in pill form. I take Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) bcp. I want to start taking apple cider vinegar+nettle+chromium pills as a dietary supplement for aided weight loss. Will they interfere?

There's no easy fix. Weight loss is a difficult challenge-and any supplements or pills are unlikely to have a real effect. (Of course there are stimulants that increase your metabolic rate-but these are a bit dangerous since there could be side effects with those). I don't think this supplement you've mentioned will have an effect, so I wouldn't waste money on it. EXERCISE and eating right are much better alternatives. Read more...

Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?

Yes. These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html. Read more...

How can I use apple cider vinegar as a dietary supplement?

Cautiously. Apple cider vinegar comes from fermentation of apples (a good thing). Health claims generally lack sufficient evidence to support assertions. There is some suggestion that apple cider vinegar may be effective in modulating blood sugar, controlling blood pressure, and possibly lowering cholesterol. Unfortunately, apple cider vinegar is highly acidic - antithetical to a preferred alkaline state. Read more...
