In brief: See a REI specialist

Next step is to see a fertility specialist who can check you for low egg supply (diminished ovarian reserve), scar tissue around tubes, blocked tubes, sperm issues.
Some women with endo. Can get pregnant 'easily' with tablets like Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole with inseminations if at least one tube is open. Blocked tubes needs in vitro fertilization not more surgery. Diminished ovarian reserve may need ivf.

In brief: Agee with above +

It is important that you have had excisional surgery at your age.
The disease has a very high chance of cure with that approach and at 22 that would be important for future fertility and hormone production etc. The most important fertility message is to try to have your children now or at the youngest age possible. Endometriosis related infertility is an age related process and declines with ag.

In brief: Danocrine (danazol)

Women with endometriosis will need to undergo laparoscopy for diagnosis and hopefully excision of the lesions followed by medical therapy.
The 2 medical treatments with best success are Lupron (leuprolide) & danocrine. Lupron (leuprolide) can be taken only a limited number of time but there is no limit on danocrine. Danocrine is not a drug to take if pregnant so birth control is a must. Infertility treatment may be neede.
