Rephrase question . Your question is not clear, what do you mean if "your discharge" start after urinating, do you mean you have whitish, yellowish or clear genital discharge after urinating ?
Doubtful. Discharge only after voiding may relate to urine leakage into and out of the vagina. Your ob/gyn can tell if the discarge is abnormal.
For what length of time can you put of treating a possible UTI / bladder infection / kidney infection?
Can or should? Bladder UTI won't kill you, kidney UTI might. Ideally, should never delay treating a uti, you never know which urinary infection will be restricted to the the bladder (lower urinary tract).
