Hi. Calcium is best absorbed if it's taken in divided doses throughout the day (usually 2-3 times/day).
Make sure you're getting enough vitamin D too...it augments calcium absorption.

Watch amount of calcium taken as it can reduce Vitamin D absorption if too much is taken > 1000mg total.
