In brief: What ever feels good
Hemorrhoids are not pleasant, pregnant or other wise.
They are caused from increased pressure and fluid within the veins of the anus. Soaking in warm water seems to help. Wipe gently with moist wipes rather than dry toilet paper. If they are itchy, mild steroid creams may help. Call your doctor and let them look at the area for advice.

CHeck with your OB doctor. Usually Proctofoam HC or analpram 2.5% cream can be used safely during prgnancy and can give relief unless these are thrombosed external hemorrhoids, which may require lancing by a colon and rectal surgeon, not an ER!
