Can I have negative pregnancy tests and still be pregnant?

Yes. It's possible. If you really think you're pregnant but have a negative urine test, be sure to have your doc do a blood test.
Only if VERY early . Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate. They can detect bhcg hormone very early. If you are just a few days pregnant though your bhcg hormone can be so low that only a blood test can detect it. You can wait a few days and repeat the urine test or schedule a visit for a blood test if you do not want to wait.

Get checked,, There can be many factors why this is. It could be a condition known as polycystic ovarian diseases (pcod) where there are high levels of hormones but no ovulation and few if any periods, or it can be due to oral contraceptive use and disuse, making the period irregular, or it can be that the test kit was defective or the test was done wrong.
