In brief: C-section incision?

Pain at the site of a c-section incision is normal for a few days or even up to a couple of weeks after delivery but should not recur 11 weeks post-partum. You should make your ob-gyn aware of the pains you are having.
The sooner the better especially if they are associated with fevers or any redness at or drainage from the incision.

In brief: Call your OB

Most patients are back to being themselves after 4-6 weeks.
Some people are troubled by occasional discomfort up to 3 month but usually due to excessive physical activity. If your discomfort is not better with rest and the incision itself isn't healed by now, best be safe and check in with your doctor.
